“David walked us through every option clearly and never made us feel rushed. The plan he drafted is exactly what our family needed.”
“Linda handled our trust update after a divorce — quick, careful, and she answered every question without making it complicated.”
“We needed an LLC formed AND a will updated to match. Most firms would have charged separately. They did it together and the documents actually fit each other.”

The team
Founding Partner
David Greene founded the firm with a focus on small-business owners and the families they support. The practice spans estate planning, business law, and probate — work that often connects: a buy-sell agreement does not function in isolation from the owner's will, and a closely-held company's succession plan touches every household it employs. David draws on fifteen years of work with founders, partnerships, and family-held businesses across the Southwest.
Founding Partner
Linda Tate handles the firm's estate-planning and trust work. She believes most families do not need a complicated plan — they need a clear one, prepared by someone who will explain it without legalese. Linda meets every client personally, drafts the documents she signs off on, and stays the point of contact long after signing day.
How it works
01
Bring your questions, any existing documents, and a general sense of what you own and who you want to protect. We listen first and explain what a plan covering your goals would actually look like — no pressure, no sales pitch.
02
We draft your documents and schedule a review meeting to walk through every clause before anything is signed. If something does not reflect your intent, it gets revised. The goal is a plan you understand and can explain.
03
Signing, witnessing, and notarization happen at the Phoenix office in a single appointment. We coordinate the execution requirements under Arizona law so the documents are valid from day one.
04
Estate and business plans are not permanent. We handle amendments and full revisions for existing clients and flag when a life or business change warrants a follow-up review.
