Meet David Greene

Greene Hollis Law is a two-attorney boutique in Phoenix, Arizona, focused on the work where estate planning and small-business law overlap. David Greene founded the firm to serve owner-operators who needed both — without the typical agency runaround of one law office for the company and a different one for the family.

Linda Tate joined as founding partner because she shared the same conviction: most families do not need a complicated plan, they need a clear one, prepared by someone who will explain it without legalese. Together they drafted the firm's playbook so that every estate plan accounts for the business interests it touches, and every business document accounts for the household it supports.

The practice is intentionally small. David and Linda handle every matter personally.
